5. Support Policy

We provide support as outlined below:

• Paid Plans: Paid licenses include 1 year of email and priority support starting from the date of purchase. Support requests will be addressed within 24–48 business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM UTC). After the first year, users may renew their support for an additional fee.
• Free Plan: The free version of Ultimate Keyword Hunter is provided "as-is" with no direct support included.
• Scope of Support: Support includes assistance with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting software-related issues. It does not include training, feature requests, or support for third-party software or integrations.
• Termination of Support: Support will be terminated if the subscription expires, the support period ends, or the user violates these terms, including abuse of support channels.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the software if you violate these terms.

7. Refund Policy

All purchases of Ultimate Keyword Hunter licenses are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. By purchasing a license, you agree that you have reviewed the product details and system requirements.

A free version of Ultimate Keyword Hunter is available for evaluation. We strongly recommend that users test the free version before purchasing the Pro license to ensure compatibility and satisfaction.

Chargeback Policy: If you initiate a chargeback or PayPal dispute for a delivered product, we reserve the right to provide evidence of delivery and usage. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Poland.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
